One person accountable. More work delegated.
0OP is the Zero Operation Development approach by Oğuz Erol. The goal is to reduce repeated manual work by connecting useful software, clear rules, and carefully scoped AI agents.

I’m Oğuz Erol. I work across advertising, custom applications, AI, and business automation. 0OP brings those areas together around a practical question: which repeated steps can a system handle, and which decisions should stay with a person?

Start with the process
A useful project begins with an actual task: a report assembled by hand, customer records copied between tools, or a request that keeps waiting for a follow-up. We identify the inputs, the person responsible, and a result that can be checked before deciding what to build.
Choose the right amount of automation
Some tasks need a clear rule and an API connection. Others need a custom app or an agent that can interpret information and choose a next step. The approach follows the work, with explicit permissions, review points, and recovery when something fails.
Work you can inspect
The 0op.dev project overview explains the site you are using, and the tools page includes two working browser utilities. These are concrete examples of the approach. A new project gets its own scope, acceptance criteria, and handoff.
People keep the direction
Delegating a task does not remove responsibility for its outcome. Goals, important approvals, spending limits, and quality standards belong in the brief. Read the 0OP philosophy or bring a workflow to discuss.
What should stop being manual?
Bring a recurring task, an example input, and the outcome you need. We can use that to define a practical first scope.
