You know your business. You don’t need to know how to code.
Bring the task, the problem, or the idea. I’ll help turn it into a clear first scope and a solution you can use. You work directly with me throughout.
See the steps ↓0op.dev/howStart with one problem. Build from there.
A task that takes too long, a tool that does not fit, or a handoff that keeps getting missed is a useful starting point. Describe what happens today and what you want to change. An anonymized example helps; a technical specification is not required.
A clear path from conversation to delivery
Understand the need
We walk through the people, tools, inputs, and decisions involved. I help identify whether the task needs a custom app, an integration, an AI agent, or a simpler process.
Agree what success looks like
We define the first deliverable and how to check it. The scope sets out price, timing, access requirements, exclusions, and ongoing costs such as hosting or third-party services.
Build and review a working version
I implement the agreed workflow and review it with you using representative examples. We test both the expected result and what should happen when information is missing or a connection fails.
Hand over with the next steps clear
We check the acceptance criteria together. You receive the agreed access, documentation, and handover materials. Any maintenance, further development, or ongoing operation is scoped explicitly.
Know what you are getting
Before development begins, we agree source-code and account ownership, data export, hosting, and which actions need your approval. Your brief should make clear what is included and what it will take to keep the solution running.
What a first project could look like
For example, a team copies incoming enquiries into a shared tracker. A first scope could connect the enquiry source, create one record per request, and flag incomplete information for review. The acceptance check would confirm that test enquiries reach the correct destination without duplicate records.
This is an illustrative scope, not a client case or a fixed-price offer. The right first project follows your actual work. Explore custom apps, automation, AI agents, or advertising workflows.
After the first delivery
You may need only a completed project and handover. You may also want help maintaining or improving it. If ongoing support or operation is needed, we agree responsibilities, response expectations, and costs separately. It is not an automatic subscription or an unlimited support promise.
You can start with three sentences
- Here is what we do today.
- Here is where it gets difficult.
- Here is what I’d like to happen instead.
What would you like to work better?
Tell me what happens today and what you want to change. I’ll help turn that into a practical first scope.
